Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@tervelhome.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Eligible cases will receive a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@tervelhome.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll gladly review the case and help find the best solution, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
